About this experience
- Learn to cook like a true Italian with our Cooking Class, a culinary experience immersed in the tradition and authenticity of the region. Accompanied by our chef, you will discover ancient local recipes.
- The lesson begins with the preparation of fresh pasta. From the dough to the shape, you will learn the secrets to creating perfect, soft gnocchi, ready to become the stars of the famous GNOCCHI ALLA SORRENTINA, with their basil aroma and the stringy heart of mozzarella.
- You will then continue with a great classic of the tradition: eggplant PARMIGIANA, made with fresh and genuine ingredients that enhance its Mediterranean flavor.
- At the end of the lesson, you will finally be able to taste your creations during an unforgettable lunch, served on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Vesuvius mountain. All accompanied by a glass of DOC WINE from our “Campania” selection, for an authentic and flavorful experience.
