ACCOMMODATION

The property has a large living / kitchen area with double sofa bed, table with chairs, TV area and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

From this area it is possible to access the first terrace with table and chairs, perfect for a candlelit dinner enjoying the sea view.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

The bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe and window with sea view.

From the relaxation area, located near the entrance, with an armchair and coffee table and stereo, you reach the other panoramic terrace, larger and equipped with a sofa and armchairs, umbrella and deck chairs for 4 people.

LOCATION

Arya’s House is located in a hamlet of Sant’Agnello, a cluster of houses developed around the church, away from the chaotic traffic of the city center, reachable in about 10 minutes by car.

A car is required to reach the house, which can then be parked inside the property for free.

You enter the house through a pedestrian path between the lemon trees, and then go up a flight of about 15 steps.

NOT INCLUDED

Tourist tax: 2,00 Euro per person per night, only for adults (for a maximum of 7 nights).

Late arrival fee (from 20:00 to 22:00) of 25,00 Euro; (after 22:00) of 50,00 Euro.

Security deposit: 200,00 Euro. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure in case of no damage to the property.
