Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Damage deposit: 200,00 Euro. The security deposit will be required in cash upon check-in.
It will then be returned to you on the day of departure in case of any damage to the property.

Payment conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required to confirm the booking. Balance payment will be required 60 days before arrival.
