Booking is easy!
Search your ideal accommodation, choose the dates you are interested in and press the button in order to receive a quotation and complete the booking.
To confirm the booking, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required.
The balance can be paid within 60 days before arrival.
As your reservation is confirmed, we will take care of processing your payment. Choose to pay by credit card, or by bank transfer, or by PayPal, as you prefer.
Either way your payment will be handled professionally.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, Serenitaly will evaluate the cancellation policy to be applied. It depends on the time in advance with which the reservation is canceled and the property booked.
A penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking including VAT will be charged for late cancellation (within 14 days from the date of stay).
A penalty of the entire stay including VAT will be charged for early departure and no-show.
Please note: a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from any payment refunded.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing by email and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
We collect a damage deposit to cover accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday.
It will be required in cash upon check-in.
It will then be returned to you on the day of departure in case of any damage to the property.
If the guest should cause damages that exceed the value of the Damage Protection Insurance, he/she will be liable to pay the difference as soon as the exact value of the damages.
